Menara City One EMCO: Day 06/14 - The Mystery Woman

| Day 19/28 of Malaysian MCO | Day 06/14 of City One EMCO |

Today our security personnel pasted an additional notice on the front doors of our immediate neighbours that stated "UNIT KOSONG".This should hopefully stave off any overzealous PDRM personnel.

In all the commotion of yesterday we only came to realise today that a family of five (a mother and her young children) were taken away by KKM personnel after having tested positive for the virus.

Then there is this business of a 'mysterious' woman who turned up at our condo today:

According to the Malaysian Gazzette this foreign national presented herself to KKM personnel stationed at our condo and informed them that she had just served her 14 day quarantine at a centre, and presumably wished to return to her home.

After an hour, she was taken away in an ambulance. Coincidentally according to our security officer an ambulance took away the sole patient tested positive for the virus today, so is there a chance that they are both one and the same?

Until this afternoon a total of 24 cases have been detected at our condo, with an additional five cases since yesterday from the family we spoke of earlier. We take heart from the fact that these cases are clusters within a cluster. The first 17 cases consisted of a cluster of 12 members from a large Pakistani family, while the latest 5 cases are also from a cluster of the same family.

We ask that everyone we know to pray for our continued health, safety and well-being.
