BKK Day 4 │ Chatuchak Continues!

Evening Adventures at Chatuchak Continues!

We picked you up again as Cat and I explored the mall known as Mixt Chatuchak. Here’s the haul:

Christmas shirts – THB460 (≈ MYR60/USD15/EUR13)
100Baht Shop goodies – THB550 (≈ MYR71/USD18/EUR15)
Lazy Button dresses & blouse – THB1,370 (≈ MYR178/USD44/EUR27)
Adidas splurge – THB1,697 for a windbreaker, denim tote, and five pairs of socks (plus a free t-shirt!) (≈ MYR220/USD54/EUR46)

We then headed out onto Chatuchak market proper, and browsed some more. We got a large plastic tote bag for THB150 (≈ MYR19/USD5/EUR4) then a large canvas tote bag for even cheaper, THB100 (≈ MYR13 /USD3/EUR3).

We then headed back into Mixt Chatuchak and treated ourselves at Curry House with Super Mango Mania and Mango Honey Toast for THB401 (≈ MYR52/USD13/EUR11) .

By 8:00 p.m., Brendan was still treasure-hunting, so Cat and I headed back to Mo Chit BTS and caught the train to Ekkamai. A quick Grab ride for THB114 (≈ MYR15/USD4/EUR3) brought us home to Tierra Residences, ready to call it a night.
