Aik Kee Bentong
We awoke from our long afternoon siesta at 6:00pm and left the hotel half an hour later in search of dinner.
We had planned to try Loong Foong Restaurant for a change, but it was fully booked for a temple event. With that option off the table, we turned to our default Bentong favourite — Aik Kee Restaurant.
They had updated their menu since our last visit, so we took our time browsing before settling on:
- Squid in Yam Basket
- Dried Chilli Pork
- Salted Vegetable Soup
- Plain Omelette
- 3 White Rice
- Deep Fried Tilapia
- 1 Soft Drink
Our dinner came to RM139.90 (≈ USD29/EUR27). Aik Kee never disappoints, and we enjoyed our reasonably priced meal with glee.
Bentong Walk at Night
After dinner, we took a leisurely stroll along Bentong Walk for some night time sightseeing.
