BEN Day 1 │ BENTONG Night Stroll

Bentong Night Stroll

We awoke from our long afternoon siesta at 6:00pm and left the hotel half an hour later. After dinner at our perennial favourite, Aik Kee Restaurant, we set out for a leisurely night stroll.

Exploring Bentong Walk

We made our way to Bentong Walk for some night time sightseeing. Realising we had forgotten to pack deodorant, a quick stop at KK Mart solved that problem.

We continued our stroll and soon came across a lively group of youthful K Pop enthusiasts dancing to their favourite tunes — a burst of energy right in the middle of the street.

A Coffee Break

We doubled back and stepped into The Hall Coffee along Jalan Chui Yin to quench our thirst. Brendan, meanwhile, returned to Bentong Walk to continue watching the K Pop street dance.

After our drinks, we regrouped and walked back to the hotel to begin work on the day’s footage.
