Hello everyone! We are Cat and Harold from Kuala Lumpur. Welcome to our vlog, created to catalogue our memories, life’s events and travels.
Why “Have Perut Will Travel”? It’s a play on words from an old Western TV show called “Have Gun - Will Travel”, but we let our tummies lead the way ❣️

SBN Day 1 │ Apacaba Coffee • Seremban Yesoon Seafood!
Seremban Weekend Escapade: Part 2
Welcome back to our Seremban escapade!
We picked you up shortly after checking into Arena Premier Hotel. After taking a quick video of our room, we headed back down to the lobby and wandered next door to Arena Square, curious to see what the neighbourhood had to offer.
Coffee and Cake at Apacaba Coffee
One thing we quickly discovered about this part of Seremban was how easy it was to slow down.
Our stroll led us to Apacaba Coffee, where what was meant to be a simple drink turned into a full-blown café session. We treated ourselves to an Iced Matchabaik Strawberry, an Apacaba Coffee, a slice of Classic Tiramisu, and a Red Velvet Cake.
The café was comfortable, the drinks refreshing, and the cakes disappeared much faster than we care to admit.
Our little afternoon indulgence came to RM65.00 (≈ USD16 / EUR14).
A Pleasant Discovery
As we eventually made our way back, we stumbled upon an unexpected convenience. Quite by accident, we discovered that Arena Premier Hotel was directly connected to Arena Square through a ground-floor access door.
What we had assumed were two separate buildings were actually seamlessly linked together.
Taking this newfound shortcut, we returned to our room and settled in for the afternoon. After a busy morning that had begun with lunch at Yee Kee Beef Noodles and continued with our visit to Plumeria Aesthetics Studio, a few hours of rest felt absolutely perfect.
Sometimes the most enjoyable part of a weekend getaway is doing absolutely nothing at all.
Back to a Familiar Favourite
Before long, evening arrived and our thoughts once again turned towards food.
The last time we visited Seremban, we had enjoyed an excellent seafood dinner featuring Kam Heong Fried Crabs. The experience had left such a lasting impression that we knew exactly where we wanted to spend dinner this time around.
A Grab ride costing just RM6.00 (≈ USD1 / EUR1) soon had us on our way.
Seafood Streak Continues
Recent months had seen us enjoying seafood across several destinations. From the Orange Bucket in Manila, to Ah Yu Restaurant in Kuala Selangor, and Love Seafood in Batam Centre, we seemed to be developing quite a crustacean habit.
At 6:55pm, we arrived at Seremban Yesoon Seafood Crab Restaurant, quite possibly one of the longest restaurant names we've encountered.
After browsing the menu, we settled on what we jokingly called a "simple" dinner: their signature Marmite Grilled Crab, accompanied by a shared plate of fried rice.
The Star of the Evening
The Marmite Grilled Crab proved to be every bit as impressive as we had hoped.
Unlike the usual saucy Marmite preparations, this version relied on grilling. The Marmite glaze caramelised beautifully into a sticky coat of sweet, savoury, umami-rich goodness that clung to the shell. The roasting process added a smoky aroma and subtle char, creating a flavour profile that felt distinctly Seremban.
This style of roasted or grilled crab has become something of a local specialty, helping Yesoon stand apart from more conventional Chinese seafood restaurants.
Most importantly, it was absolutely delicious.
By wisely ordering just the crab and sharing a plate of fried rice, we managed to enjoy the meal without overdoing it. Together with a round of drinks, dinner came to RM172.00 (≈ USD42 / EUR38).
Calling It a Night
With our seafood cravings thoroughly satisfied, we booked another Grab for the short journey back to Arena Premier Hotel. The fare came to RM5.00 (≈ USD1 / EUR1).
Back in our room, we reflected on what had been a wonderfully relaxing day. From our lunch at Yee Kee Beef Noodles and a pampering session at Plumeria Aesthetics Studio, to checking into Arena Premier Hotel, enjoying coffee and cake at Apacaba Coffee, discovering the hidden connection between the hotel and Arena Square, and finishing with a memorable seafood dinner at Yesoon, the day had unfolded at exactly the pace we had hoped for.
Good food, good company, comfortable surroundings, and nowhere to rush to.
Not a bad way to spend a weekend in Seremban.
Be sure to catch the next video, where we head downstairs to Arena Coffee House for the hotel's buffet breakfast and continue our Seremban Weekend Escapade!
