CAM Day 2 │ CAMERON VALLEY Tea House: Morning Gallivant!

Tea House Morning

We had a good night’s sleep and woke up at 8:00am.

We left the Airbnb at 8:15am and hailed a Grab to Cameron Valley Tea House 2 for RM8.00 (≈ USD/EUR2). A winding five minutes later, we arrived at a virtually deserted tea house — no surprise, given that it was the holy month of Ramadan.

Breakfast With a View

We came here for a simple Highlands breakfast:

• 3 sets of Classic Scones
• 1 jug of Teh Tarik

The bill came to RM62.00 (≈ USD13/EUR12) — a little pricey by our standards, but the spectacular view more than justified it. Misty hills, rolling tea bushes, and cool morning air… it’s hard to put a price on that.

Buggy Ride Through the Plantation

After breakfast, we walked across the carpark to take a buggy ride around the tea plantation. Be sure to catch our upcoming video showcasing the lush greenery and sweeping landscapes.

Once we were done, we hailed another Grab — again RM8.00 (≈ USD/EUR2) — back to the Airbnb.

A Quick Trim

Back at Cameron Fair, I went for a haircut at Uncle Mike’s for RM15.00 (≈ USD/EUR3) before heading back up to the Airbnb.

What’s Next

We plan to visit a strawberry farm in Brinchang later this evening, so please stay tuned.
