TACO BELL Cyberjaya

It’s Chinese New Year Day!

We kept things simple this year. Instead of joining the usual rush out of Kuala Lumpur, we stayed in and enjoyed a quiet reunion dinner at home the night before.

With no firm plans for the day, we felt like going for a drive—and that led us to something a little different.

A Novelty Lunch in Cyberjaya

We had been hearing about Taco Bell’s arrival in Malaysia, and with its first outlet opening in Cyberjaya, curiosity finally got the better of us.

Half an hour later, we found ourselves there.

What We Ordered

After a quick look at the menu, we decided to try a mix of items:

  • 2 Taco Supreme – RM15.90
  • Chicken Quesadilla – RM13.90
  • Grilled Stuft Burrito – RM14.90
  • Loaded Nachos – RM15.90

With taxes included, the total came to RM64.20 (≈ USD15/EUR14).

Our Verdict

Let’s be honest—this was more of a novelty meal than everyday comfort food.

It wasn’t bad, but it didn’t quite wow us either. In fact, we couldn’t help but feel that we had tasted better “Mexican” food from local food trucks closer to home.

Still, it was interesting to experience Taco Bell in Malaysia and see how it compared.

A Different Kind of Celebration

It wasn’t a lavish celebration. Just:

  • A quiet start to the day
  • A short drive
  • A curious meal

And sometimes, that was more than enough.

Stay tuned—more festive adventures to come! 🌮✨
